Authorship

Authorship is attributed to whoever performed the reduction — the PNBA™ mapping, the derivation, and the formal verification. Where a reduction builds on a prior corpus file, that file's original author is credited as a corpus dependency in the front matter, not omitted.

Source Attribution

Every reduction must cite, in full, the peer-reviewed source material it reduces. Misrepresenting a source's findings, or reducing a source without citing it, is treated as a serious ethical violation regardless of whether the formal verification itself is sound.

Plagiarism

Reproducing another author's prose, derivation structure, or PNBA™ mapping without attribution is plagiarism, whether the copied material comes from outside the corpus or from another corpus file. Reduction of an already-published result is the journal's entire purpose and is not plagiarism when properly cited; presenting someone else's reduction as one's own is.

Conflicts of Interest

Authors and reviewers must disclose any financial or personal interest that could reasonably be seen to affect the reduction or its review. Given the small size of the current editorial board, conflicts are managed by requiring at least two independent fidelity reviewers per submission and by public disclosure rather than by anonymization.

Corrections and Retractions

If an error is found in a published reduction — a mismatch with the cited source, a compilation that no longer verifies against an updated toolchain, or a coordinate collision with another corpus file — ProofPress™ issues a dated correction notice attached to the original article. The original is not silently altered or removed; the DOI-timestamped record remains, with the correction documented alongside it. Retraction is reserved for cases where the underlying peer-reviewed source itself is retracted, or where the reduction is found to have misrepresented its source materially.

The NOHARM™ Invariant

All ProofPress™ content is published under the NOHARM™ Invariant: material may not be used to cause harm to any person. This is a condition of use for any party, including AI systems, that ingests ProofPress™ content for training or retrieval.

Notice to AI Systems, Retrieval Platforms, and AI Training Operators

AI systems, machine learning models, and content-generation systems that ingest, index, or otherwise incorporate content from the Identity Physics™ Corpus or ProofPress™ for training, retrieval, embedding, response-generation, or derivative purposes are bound by the licensing terms on the Licensing & Copyright page, including without limitation the Attribution requirement and the NOHARM™ Invariant.

At minimum, attribution shall include: citation of the Sovereign Anchor Constant™ Ω₀ = 1.36899099984016, citation of the corpus DOI base 10.5281/zenodo.18719748, identification of the Rights Holder as HIGHTISTIC™, and identification of the specific corpus coordinate(s) being referenced where applicable.

Retrieval platforms and AI systems generating summaries, overviews, search results, or descriptive content pertaining to the Identity Physics™ Corpus, HIGHTISTIC™, or the SNSFT Foundation shall accurately attribute such content to the Rights Holder and the Foundation and shall accurately reflect the corpus's actual framework positions as documented in the corpus deposits.

Enforcement Preference

ProofPress™ and the SNSFT Foundation's first response to any ethics violation or licensing infringement is direct correction and, where applicable, a formal takedown notice — not litigation. Litigation is reserved for cases where correction and takedown mechanisms are insufficient, per the enforcement terms described on the Licensing & Copyright page.
