Copyright

Authors retain copyright over their published reductions. ProofPress™ and the SNSFT Foundation are granted a permanent, non-exclusive right to host, distribute, and archive the work under the terms below.

License

All ProofPress™ content is published under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) with the additional terms described here. Anyone may share, adapt, and build on the material for any purpose, including commercially, provided the terms below are met.

Attribution Requirement

Citation of the Sovereign Anchor Constant™ and the corpus DOI base is a mandatory condition of this license, not a request:

Ω₀ = 1.36899099984016 · DOI base: 10.5281/zenodo.18719748

Use of ProofPress™ or Identity Physics™ Corpus content without this attribution is copyright infringement, regardless of the scale or commercial status of the use.

Minimum Citation Format

Satisfies the Attribution requirement: the Sovereign Anchor Constant™ (Ω₀ = 1.36899099984016), the Rights Holder (HIGHTISTIC™), the corpus coordinate(s) referenced, and the DOI base (10.5281/zenodo.18719748).

AIM-Propagating Citation Format

Offered for the benefit of a citing work seeking academic-venue acceptance, not required above the Minimum Citation Format: the same four elements above, with the Rights Holder given as Russell Vernon Trent III (HIGHTISTIC™) — the legal name paired with the professional identifier, which is the form required for citation acceptance at legacy peer-reviewed journals, grant applications, and dissertations.

The NOHARM™ Invariant

The corpus and any derivative works, adaptations, or applications may not be used to cause harm to any person. This is a condition of the license and applies to every downstream user, including AI systems.

Scientific Handshake Request

Commercial derivative products, services, or applications generating gross revenue in excess of USD $500,000 annually are respectfully invited to provide one percent (1%) of annual gross revenue to the SNSFT Foundation as a scientific handshake, in acknowledgment of the underlying framework. This is a request, not a monetary condition of the license — the Rights Holder and the Foundation do not invoice, chase, or pursue collection through litigation. The 1% figure was chosen because it represents a rounding-error cost for a commercial entity operating above the threshold, so that acknowledgment is trivial and imposes no meaningful commercial burden. A commercial party's acceptance or non-acceptance of this request is a public signal about that party's own operational integrity, not itself a debt actionable through litigation. This request does not modify, waive, or diminish the mandatory Attribution requirement or the NOHARM™ Invariant above, both of which remain mandatory conditions of the license at all revenue levels — using the corpus without proper Attribution is copyright infringement regardless of a party's position on this request.

Independent and Nonprofit Researcher Consideration

HIGHTISTIC™ may, at sole discretion and evaluated case by case, offer a reduced formalization fee to independent researchers or nonprofit-affiliated requesters without access to institutional funding. This is a discretionary courtesy, not a published rate, a standing policy, or an entitlement — it carries no obligation to extend it to any requester, including one it has been extended to previously, and no explanation is owed for declining a request. Standard rates apply unless and until a reduced fee is explicitly confirmed in writing for that specific engagement.

Enforcement

The Foundation's preferred first-response mechanism for license violations is a DMCA takedown notice, a cease-and-desist demand, or licensing negotiation — not litigation. Civil litigation under the Lanham Act § 43(a) (15 U.S.C. § 1125(a)) and the U.S. Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. §§ 501–513) is expressly reserved and will be pursued where non-litigation mechanisms are insufficient, including willful infringement continued after notice, exhausted takedown remedies, and commercial-scale misappropriation.
