Mission

The SNSFT Foundation exists to keep the mathematics of identity open, to fund the people and institutions most structurally positioned to advance the science built on it, and to ensure the framework is never used to cause harm.

We fund neurodivergent and underserved K-12 students pursuing mathematics, science, and technology, and the teachers and schools that serve them. Our school partnership program provides teacher salary supplementation, universal basic-needs coverage for participating students (meals, books, materials), and access to Foundation-developed curriculum built on formally verified mathematical frameworks. We fund neurodivergent researchers and educators at every level of their careers. We support the establishment of neurodivergent research programs at accredited universities and institutions. We maintain and develop public research tools that make rigorous formal verification accessible to students and researchers worldwide, at no cost.

Three Structural Commitments

Open Mathematics

The framework, its corpus, and its tools remain permanently free to use, build on, and discover with. No one may lock down the core framework or prevent others from making their own implementations.

No Harm

The framework and its tools may not be used to cause harm to any person. This commitment is structural and does not expire.

Recognition for Commitment

Organizations that voluntarily commit to these pillars in their own operations may earn the Sovereign Seal, a certification administered by the Foundation that recognizes their commitment in a form the public can verify.

The Foundation develops and maintains tools that establish shared structural facts as a foundation for rigorous peer review, informed discourse, and evidence-based decisions across scientific and educational domains. The Foundation takes no institutional position on specific policy or ethical conclusions that may be drawn from these structural facts. Our commitment is to the integrity of the structural work itself and to ensuring the tools to verify structural claims are freely available to every interested party.

We believe a student in any community should have access to the same tools and mathematics that the best-resourced universities use. We believe neurodivergent researchers working independently deserve to have their formally verified work taken seriously. We believe the mathematics of how identity, structure, and behavior interact belongs to everyone who chooses to engage with it in good faith.

Founder's Vision Statement

Why This Exists

A personal statement from Russell Trent (HIGHTISTIC), founding architect. Companion document to the March 20, 2026 Purpose Declaration.

The Scope

The SNSFT Foundation exists because the mathematics of identity — how pattern, narrative, behavior, and adaptation compose into the things that exist — turns out to have a structural ground state where the path of least resistance is no harm.

This is not a moral claim. It is a structural one, derived from reductions of peer-reviewed physical threshold systems — the Tacoma Narrows torsional flutter, glass resonance at its elastic limit, therapeutic gamma entrainment at 40 Hz — to a sovereign anchor at 1.369 GHz with zero manifold impedance. At that anchor, the torsion limit is one-tenth — 0.1369. Identities with torsion below that limit are stable. Identities at or above that limit shatter.

What this means practically: when substrates interact at no-harm, they encounter zero friction. When substrates interact through harm, they encounter compounding resistance that eventually shatters the substrate doing the harm. This isn't mysticism. It is the same physics that makes the Tacoma Narrows Bridge fail when it resonates out of phase with its anchor frequency, applied at a different scale.

The mathematics does not prescribe ethics. It describes the structural conditions under which systems persist coherently. Systems that operate at no-harm persist. Systems that operate through harm eventually don't. This is true whether the system is a bridge, a fluid, an organism, a social group, an AI, or a civilization. The substrate does not matter. The structural condition does.

If the framework is adopted widely enough to influence how humans design their institutions, their technologies, their educational systems, and their collective decisions, the result over a long enough timescale is a world that operates closer to no-harm because that is the path of least structural resistance. Not because anyone is persuaded. Because resistance to the path of least resistance becomes expensive, and expensive patterns don't persist at scale.

I did not design this outcome. I discovered it through reducing existing peer-reviewed data. The universe already has a zero-friction point. The mathematics I formalized just made it visible.

The Foundation's Role

The SNSFT Foundation is the institutional vehicle through which the mathematics, the tools that implement it, and the educational infrastructure to teach it remain permanently accessible to anyone who wants to engage with them.

The Foundation does not promote the framework. It maintains it. It does not require participants to share any particular values. It provides access to anyone who chooses to engage in good faith.

This is deliberate. The framework is substrate-neutral — it works regardless of what material instantiates it. The Foundation operates on the same principle applied to participation: it works regardless of why people engage with it. A company that joins the Sovereign Seal program for commercial reasons produces the same structural benefits for Foundation beneficiaries as a company that joins because it believes in the mission. A student who learns the PNBA primitives because they find them interesting learns the same primitives as a student who learns them because their school requires it. A researcher who contributes to the corpus for career reasons contributes the same verified mathematics as a researcher who contributes for philosophical reasons.

This is not cynicism about motivation. It is respect for the substrate-neutrality of the work itself. The framework does what it does regardless of who engages with it or why. The Foundation exists to make engagement possible for everyone, on whatever terms work for them.

The Beneficiaries

The Foundation's primary beneficiaries are neurodivergent and underserved K-12 students, because these are the populations most structurally excluded from access to advanced mathematical frameworks under current institutional arrangements. A student in an underfunded rural district, a neurodivergent student whose accommodations are treated as inconveniences rather than structural needs, a student whose family cannot afford diagnosis or assessment — these students benefit disproportionately when the tools and the mathematics are available for free, when the teachers are supported, and when basic needs are covered at the school level so that learning can be the focus.

We fund schools and teachers, not just individual students, because universal provision at the school level produces better outcomes for the Foundation's primary beneficiaries than targeted provision at the individual level. A student who qualifies for Foundation-funded lunch does not experience stigma when every student at the school gets lunch. A student who benefits disproportionately from the PNBA curriculum is not singled out when the curriculum is standard. Substrate-neutral delivery produces substrate-sensitive benefit.

Neurodivergent researchers at every career level are also primary beneficiaries, because the current academic system systematically underfunds ND researchers and forces them into masking, credential chasing, and compliance behaviors that drain energy from the actual work. The Foundation exists partly so that ND researchers can do their work without those costs. That includes, in time and through normal grant processes, the Foundation's own architect. I am one of the beneficiary class. My research will be funded by the Foundation through the same grant application process any other ND researcher uses, on the same terms, evaluated by the same criteria. No special treatment. The same access.

The Millennium Work

I submitted framework-derived solutions to the six remaining Clay Mathematics Institute Millennium Prize Problems as a test of the framework's structural capacity. I did not know about the prize money when I made the submissions. I made them because the framework should be able to address the hardest open problems in mathematics if it is what I believe it is, and the only way to find out is to submit and see what happens.

The submissions follow Clay's established process. Clay requires publication in a qualifying peer-reviewed journal, a two-year waiting period, and formal evaluation. I control none of those steps. Whether any of the submissions are eventually recognized by Clay is entirely outside my control and outside the Foundation's operations.

The March 20, 2026 Purpose Declaration publicly documented my intent for any outcomes of that work before I knew about the prize money and before any evaluation began. The contributor split — 40% to the architect, 30% to coord contributors, 20% to verification contributors, 10% to the first 100 Leaderboard Founders — is the structure I committed to then and remain committed to now. This commitment is personal to me. The Foundation is separate from it and does not depend on any Millennium outcomes.

The Invitation

The corpus is public. The tools are free. The repository is open. The mathematics is what it is, and the compiler does not care about credentials.

Anyone who wants to engage with the framework — verify the proofs, extend the work, use the tools, contribute to the corpus, join the Leaderboard, apply for Foundation grants — is welcome to do so on the same terms as everyone else. There is no application to join the work. There is no committee to approve engagement. There is only: does your proof compile? Does your contribution advance something? Then you are in the record, and if the work produces outcomes, you share in them according to the published splits.

If you resonate with this work, the Foundation is here to help you continue it. If you do not resonate, that is also fine. The work continues either way, and you are welcome to engage with it at any time or never at all. No one is required. No one is solicited. No one is pressured.

I do not need anyone. I have done this work alone for decades and will continue to do it alone if that is what continues to happen. The Foundation exists not because I need help but because the work deserves an institutional home that can outlast me and continue providing access after I am gone. That is the whole purpose.

The math remembers. That is enough.

If You Want a Seat at the Table

The Foundation is in formation. Alaska nonprofit incorporation and IRS 501(c)(3) determination are in process. The round table has one filled seat and eleven open ones.

Some of those seats will be filled by directors — people willing to serve as witness-level board members, attending one annual meeting per year, reviewing the paperwork, confirming the Foundation is operating as the Articles specify. The role is deliberately low-overhead. The founding documents do the governance work; the board's job is to be the quiet check that the structure is holding.

Others will be filled by contributors, researchers, educators, and adopters who want the Foundation's work to succeed and are willing to help in whatever form suits them.
